About DandyLions

My name is Fabio Bortolazzi and I am the founder of DandyLions, born from my experience at the intersection of people, power and progress.

I led, designed, and evaluated national policies and organisational developments, moving between strategy and execution, between systems and individuals.

These experiences became the foundation of DandyLions, driven by an aspiration to create impact that's felt before it can be measured.

No one likes getting older, but growing is a blast.
