What we call relational problems are often the frictions a person carries within and acts out in a system.

Five topics, each offered in three depths. A keynote opens the question, a masterclass gives it vocabulary and frameworks, a training puts it to work in real contexts. Choose a topic and the format that fits where your team stands.

Cognition & complexity

The weaver mind

For decades we’ve taught people to work like spiders: to use the thread to isolate, to capture, to build clean, precise structures. Spider silk is one of the strongest materials we know. But on its own, it isn’t enough for the complexity we live in today.

The weaver’s mind isn’t a replacement. It’s what makes the web worth spinning in the first place — weaving ideas, emotions, systems and contradictions into something that holds. Where the spider asks “did I get it right?”, the weaver asks “which threads weave into something stronger?”

This theme introduces that shift: an intellectual provocation in the keynote, a body of knowledge in the masterclass, a lived discipline in the training.
